Petite Rivière is a residential project located in Montreal at the crossroads of Côte Saint-Luc, Montreal West and the Borough of Lachine. Groupe Pacific, the developer, owns the site since 2006 and is planning an avant-gardist urban community that puts forward a project that goes beyond current standards in many areas of construction and urban planning, in order to enhance the entire inherent potential of the site. You will find on our website relevant information regarding our thinking for Petite Rivière.

Petite Rivière is :

  • 57 hectares
  • A residential and commercial project located on the Lachine borough side of the site (the 31 hectares in Côte Saint-Luc remains a nine-hole golf at this moment)
  • 1600-1700 residential units
  • 4,500 m2 of commercial space
  • A global approach to reduce its ecological footprint and increase the density of the site
  • A project endorsed by One Planet Communities, an international non governmental organization (NGO)
  • A revolutionary project still in its planning phase
